| Team Tumbing Below is a clarification of each team's team tumbling day/time. We strongly encourage each athlete to attend team tumbling. We are the only gym that offers a 2 hour tumbling block with your athlete's coach. Team tumbling consists of level training, upper level training, and conditioning.
Special Athlete Cheer Team We had a great turn out at our Special Needs informational meeting on Sunday. Our first practice will be Sunday, October 2nd. We will still be accepting participants until then. Spread the word! For more information contact [email protected] or [email protected] Family Movie Night We want to invite everyone to Rockstar Atlanta's first family movie night. Movie night will take place on Friday, September 9th 6:30PM-9:30PM. You are welcome to come in your PJ's. We will be selling concessions and Kona Ice will be there! There is a $3 admission charge. All proceeds will go towards team items for the 2016-2017 all star season. Clean Planet Pick-Up Clean Planet orders have been delivered if you have not picked up your order please remember to stop by the gym and do so. If you missed the deadline to place an order we will place the link on our website so that you can place an order directly. Rockstar Spirit Night at Buffalo's Buffalo's Woodstock is sponsoring a "Rockstar Spirit Night" for all Rockstar families. Spirit night will be the firstMonday and first Tuesday of each month. If you mention Rockstar Cheer Atlanta you will receive 10% of your total bill. VIP Package We have had several questions regarding the VIP package. This season if you select the VIP package your athlete is allowed to attend any class, specialty camp, or Flipping Friday without any additional charge. Pictures Many of you may seen the awesome promo done by Allison Aguilar on facebook. Allison will be doing our Rockstar pictures this season. Pictures will be in November and we will give you more information as the date approaches. Flipping Friday Flipping Friday is an opportunity for extra gym time outside of practice. There is no hands on instruction but this is an open tumbling time for your athlete to work on skills. It is $5 per athlete from 6:30PM-8:30PM. Parents are more than welcome to stay and watch, but it is not required. Flipping Fridays are are now available for preregistration through the parent portal under "camps". Below is a list of dates that we will have FlippingFriday. Come join us for a flipping good time!
Clean Planet & Gas Raffle Earnings Thank you to everyone who participated in our first two fundraisers of the season. These fundraisers are a great way to offset your athletes cost this season. We strongly encourage participation. We will be adding the Clean Planet and Gas Raffle percentages to everyone's account by Wednesday. Practice Attire We are still waiting on the arrival of practice wear. We understand your frustrations; we are frustrated as well. Varsity is in their busiest season and are sending out orders as quickly as possible. As soon as practice wear arrives we will distribute it. Athletes are allowed to wear whatever they would like to team tumbling practices. We plan to implement "themed practices" once a month this season. Our first themed practice will be "Favorite Sports Team" day the week of August, 28th. You may dress in sports themed attire to both of your squad practices this week. |  |
